The Apex compact crankset is designed to offer maximum stiffness with minimum weight. Utilizing an innovative cold forging process the Apex crankset tips the scales at less than 900 grams. It is equipped with competition proven Power Glide 10-speed chainrings made of stable and light 7075-T6 aluminium. That provides an optimized shifting performance and long durability. The GXP bottom bracket completes the crankset and has been designed to increase power transfer and rigidity while reducing component wear.The combination with the Apex cassettes, for example with 11-32 teeth, now provides a wider gear range than most of the 3×10-speed cranksets.
